Essential Functions:

• Set up machines.
• Operate thread rolling machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
• Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material.
• Move material to the next workstation
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education: Associates Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school.

Experience: One to three years related experience or training.

Specific Skills: Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions, and be able to interact with multiple personality types.

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc: Ability to read and interpret blue prints.

Mechanically inclined with strong math skills. Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

N/A

Working Conditions/ Physical Demands:

Typical production environment with daily lifting, pushing and pulling. Daily lifting up to 50 lbs. Frequent exposure to machine coolants, oils, smoke and dust.

Interfaces:

Internal: Daily interaction with other employees regarding work related projects and communication with management on an as needed basis relating to work issues.

External: External factors not an issue.

Success Factors:

Must understand how to set up and operate the thread rolling machinery and all related measuring devices.
